Nestl Weighted Blanket

Unlike the typical cotton or polyester shells found on many weighted blankets, the faux mink finish offers a plush, velvety softness. It feels more like a luxury throw blanket, providing a cozy, tactile experience that is gentle against the skin.

While the faux mink material is soft and cozy, it does retain some warmth. It is ideal for cooler months or air-conditioned rooms, but if you tend to sleep very hot, you might find it too insulating for the peak of summer.

Due to the weighted filling, these blankets are often too heavy for standard home washing machines. We recommend spot cleaning for minor spills or using a duvet cover to protect the fabric, which can then be easily removed and laundered.

A general rule of thumb is to choose a blanket that is approximately 10% of your body weight. This provides enough pressure to feel secure and calming without being restrictive or difficult to move under.

It is versatile enough for both. You can layer it on top of your existing bedding for a deeper sleep experience or keep it on the sofa for relaxing while reading or watching television.
