Jones Howler Snowboard

The Howler is a directional freeride board designed to excel on steep, technical terrain. While its full camber profile provides excellent edge hold on hardpack and groomers, its construction is specifically tuned for charging big lines and handling variable conditions.

The full camber profile gives the board significant pop, stability, and reliable edge grip. It provides a more aggressive, responsive ride compared to rocker or hybrid profiles, which is ideal if you want to ride a slightly shorter board without losing performance.

The stiff tail is a deliberate design choice for stability when landing cliffs and popping off features. While it requires a more active riding style, it provides the necessary support for technical freestyle maneuvers and high-speed stability.

Koroyd is an aerospace-grade material used to reduce the board's swing weight at the tips. This makes the board feel lighter and more agile in the air, while also helping to dampen vibrations for a smoother ride through choppy snow.

The Howler is designed for intermediate to advanced riders who are comfortable with technical freeriding and freestyle. Its stiff flex and full camber profile are less forgiving than beginner-oriented boards, so it is best suited for someone looking to progress into more demanding terrain.

The board features a premium, scratch-resistant bio-plastic topsheet and a high-density Sintered 8000 base. These materials are built for durability and speed, though like any high-performance base, it will perform best if you keep it regularly waxed.
