Yes, the low-profile, pull-on sleeve design makes them easy to wear under most mountain bike pants without creating unnecessary bulk or restriction.

The D3O® foam inserts are removable, allowing you to wash the sleeve separately. We recommend hand washing the sleeves in cool water and air drying them to maintain the integrity of the fabric and silicone grippers.
