Induction cooktops require magnetic cookware to function. If a magnet sticks firmly to the bottom of your pots and pans, they will work on this cooktop; otherwise, you may need to invest in induction-compatible stainless steel or cast iron pieces.

The bridge element allows you to combine two individual cooking zones into one larger surface. This is ideal for using oversized cookware like rectangular griddles or long roasting pans, ensuring even heat distribution across the entire base.

Pan detection ensures that the cooktop only generates heat when compatible cookware is placed on a zone. This improves energy efficiency and safety, as the element will not activate if a non-magnetic object or nothing at all is detected.

The smooth ceramic glass surface is best cleaned with a non-abrasive cleaner specifically designed for glass cooktops. Because the surface itself doesn't get as hot as traditional electric or gas burners, spills are less likely to bake on, making daily maintenance much easier.

The Power Boost function temporarily redirects extra power to a specific cooking zone to reach high temperatures much faster. It is particularly useful for tasks like bringing a large pot of water to a boil in a fraction of the time required by standard settings.
