No, these wraps are not heat-safe. High temperatures will melt the beeswax coating, ruining the wrap and potentially damaging your food or appliance.

With proper care and regular use, you can expect these wraps to last for up to two years. Over time, the wax coating may naturally wear down, but they are fully compostable once they reach the end of their life.

Wash them in cool water with a mild, eco-friendly dish soap. Avoid hot water, which will melt the wax, and let them air dry completely before folding or storing.

They are food-safe and excellent for produce, cheese, bread, and snacks. However, we recommend avoiding raw meat or fish, as the wraps cannot be washed in hot water or sanitized at high temperatures.
